Estonian Foreign Ministry turned to us with a following request - all the embassies around the world were poorly maintained, soggily structured and with not much quality to speak of. Now with little coding & structuring from our side and all the embassies have unified design framework, distributed web based administration environment and a "Site of the week" award as a bonus.
